Festivals are all about community, and no one knows more about the importance of warm,
flourishing communities than Glenveagh Homes. That’s why Glenveagh are delighted to come on board as the Official Presenting Partner of Kaleidoscope, Ireland’s fun, family-friendly Festival.

This year at Kaleidoscope, to mark our partnership, Glenveagh have created Elemen-Tree
Woods, a mini community packed with everything that makes communities extra special. Filled
with fun for the whole family, Elemen-Tree Woods has a mini sports club, mini shopping centre,
even a mini school where kids can learn all about creativity and design.

Led by principal Spruce Springsteen and special guest Dermot Bannon, Glenveagh’s
Elemen-Tree School of Design will host engaging workshops aimed at growing creativity and
interest in architecture among children.

Best known for hosting Room To Improve, Dermot Bannon is an award winning Irish architect
with decades of experience creating great homes. Guided by Dermot’s expertise and passion,
budding builders will have the opportunity to participate in four design workshops, creating their
dream treehouse.

Then one lucky winner will even have the chance to see their dreams come true. The winning
treehouse design, chosen for its creativity and innovation, will be brought to life by Glenveagh’s
expert team, with design consultation by Dermot, and built at the winner’s home (subject to
planning approval, of course!).

Dermot couldn’t be more excited about the event. “As an architect, I believe it’s never too early
to plant the seeds of creativity and design. The Glenveagh Elemen-Tree School of Design at
Kaleidoscope is the perfect playground for kids to let their imaginations run wild and branch out
into the world of architecture. I’m very excited to see the tree-mendous treehouse designs that
will sprout from this fun initiative!”.

Glenveagh are committed to creating sustainable, livable homes in communities that people can
be proud of. “At Glenveagh, we believe in building more than just houses; we believe in creating
communities where families can thrive. Our partnership with Kaleidoscope is a perfect extension
of our community pillars, bringing families together to celebrate creativity, design, and the joy of
creating something extraordinary.”

Kaleidoscope Festival provides the perfect backdrop for this innovative and family-friendly
experience. Don’t miss the unique opportunity to engage with the world of design and
architecture in an interactive and playful way.
