A New Chapter for Kaleidoscope: Moving to Glendalough & Our Promises to You

For the last six wonderful years, Russborough House has been the most incredible home for Kaleidoscope, and we are hugely grateful to them for being such an exceptional host and sharing in our festival's success. However, as our festival family has grown, we have simply grown beyond our current home. For July 2nd to July 4th, 2027, we are incredibly excited to announce our move to the stunning Glendalough Estate in Co. Wicklow!

Nestled within the Wicklow Mountains, this move keeps the festival in Wicklow while unlocking more space to accommodate a growing audience and an expanded programme.

As we pack our bags for this beautiful new location, we want to assure you that everything you love about Kaleidoscope is coming with us. To guarantee this, we have put together our big promises for 2027 designed directly around what families told us they needed most:

Ireland's Best-Value Tickets: We promise to offer Ireland's best-value festival ticket, with Loyalty Scheme pricing at €88 for a weekend adult ticket and €67 for a kid. We are also offering an exclusive Loyalty Family of Four Weekend Ticket (two adults and two children) for €286, inclusive of fees.
Flexible Instalment Plans: To help with real family budgeting, we are offering a parent-friendly, five-stage instalment plan. This includes one payment in 2026, followed by four monthly instalments from February to May 2027, with payments starting as low as €13.40.
Family Comfort Upgrades: We are continuing our high-comfort family standards, promising 100% flushing toilets, dedicated nappy-changing hubs, and kid-friendly low sinks across the campsite and arena.
Expanded Camping Space: The move to Glendalough unlocks more room for families to camp together. We are also providing increased boutique-style space for glampers, caravans, and campervans.
Comfort Camping: To make your arrival and departure smoother, we promise quiet campsite zones, accessible camping near parking, and concierge and trolley support.
Seamless Travel: Getting to the new site will be easy with a dedicated festival coach stop, as well as easy access via new Bray DART and shuttle connections.
Expanded Outdoor Activities: We are bringing families deeper into the Wicklow Mountains with expanded outdoor activities included in every ticket, such as foraging, hikes, bushcraft, and nature trails.
Family Dining Options: We are introducing a brand-new sit-down family restaurant offering healthy, good-value meals. This will join our campsite kitchens, BBQ zones, and the beloved free Porridge Party.
Cost-of-Living Supports: We promise to support families with free under-2s tickets, free OAP tickets, and two complimentary kids' passes with every Kaleido-Club lounge upgrade.
Music & Unforgettable Moments: At our heart, we promise an expanded programme of homegrown and headline music designed for all-ages enjoyment. We are also promising more all-ages programming across wellness, science, arts, sports, and outdoor adventure.
